JURY AND DELIBERATIONThe international jury will announce its assessments mid June.
You will be notified personally ONLY if nominated.
You must send 1 specimen of the nominated packaging to Pentawards (Brussels) by 06 July 2012 (2 specimens for the Luxury category).
The Chairman of the jury will validate the jury’s votes upon examining the packaging.
You will be informed personally at the end of July about the Pentawards level won (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Nomination).
Remarks:
If you cannot send the nominated packaging within the time limit, your creation will be disqualified.
Packaging specimens will not be returned unless expressly requested by -- and at the expense of -- the participant.
The names of the winners will remain confidential until the official Pentawards ceremony.
OFFICIAL PENTAWARDS CEREMONY
The 6th official Pentawards Ceremony will be held in Paris, the most beautiful city in the world, rightly known as the “city of light” for its architectural and historical marvels – an event not to be missed on any account.

DISPATCHING OF TROPHIES AND CERTIFICATES
The certificates and trophies will be sent after the Pentawards Ceremony and before the end of November.
The trophies (Gold, Platinum and Diamond Pentawards) will be bestowed at the official ceremony. Winners of the Gold Pentawards who do not come to claim their trophies will receive them by courier at their expense. To that end, they will have to apprise Pentawards of their DHL/FedEX or similar number in advance.
The Silver trophies will be bestowed during the official ceremony. Winners who cannot be present to claim their Silver trophy can order (purchase) their trophy from the Pentawards site.
All the certificates will be sent to them free of charge.

The winning creations (not including the nominees) will be published on this site shortly after the announcement of the Pentawards 2011, with a link to the respective sites of the winners.
In the PRESS:
Press releases will be sent to the world press and to the major players in the profession (we have currently more than 13,000 addresses), with numerous echoes in the written press, sites and blogs.
In the TASCHEN Book:
TASCHEN, the famous art and design book publisher will bring out the second volume on the Pentawards in autumn 2012, featuring the Pentawards 2011 and 2012 (not including nominees) in a 400+page, hardcover edition published in more than 10,000 copies and disseminated throughout the world.
As a Pentaward winner, you will receive a complimentary copy of this reference book.
ENTRY FEE
The amount payable per entry in a category will be as follows:
EARLY BIRD - €150 from 2 April to 13 April 2012
FULL REGISTRATION - €195 from 14 April to 4 May 2012
LAST CHANCE - €225 from 5 May to 11 May 2012
11 May 2012 will be the very last day.
ATTENTION: There will be NO extension of the registration deadline.
